Once again, we need student volunteers to help us package our pastries and bowtie boxes. This event qualifies for service hours, as it directly benefits our church and the community given it’s hosted by the Ladies Philoptochos of St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church. A philanthropic organization supporting local needs as well as national needs. The date is Saturday, December 7th beginning at 9:00 am. Students can participate in four-hour increments or stay the entire day. The location is inside Kokkos Hall at St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church (5300 El Camino Rd LV). Similar to last year, lunch will be served and the students can assist as long as they like. Also, doughnuts and other breakfast items will be provided.
